The World Health Organization defines it as… “the science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects or any other possible drug‐related problems”.

Simply put, It is the practice of monitoring the effects of Golden Tower Limited’s drugs after they have been licensed for use, especially in order to identify and evaluate previously unreported adverse effects or any effects.

Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) includes any likely responses to Golden Tower Ltd products which are harmful or very unpleasant and unintended including lack of effectiveness and which occur at any dosage.

Importance of Reporting Adverse Drug Reactions to Us.
It complements our Risk Management activities.

It is a way for the public and or healthcare professionals to bring our attention to Adverse Drug Reactions and new side effects we were not initially aware of.

Ways of Reporting Adverse Drug Reactions to Us

Any Adverse Drug Reaction experience after taking any of our products SHOULD be reported to us immediately through one of the following mediums:

• Report to the health institution, pharmacy or chemical shop where the drug was purchased.
